OUR STORY
Adiba Care is named in loving memory of Adiba Mina Tardos who was also renowned for care, kindness, and love.
Iman, the director of the company cared for Adiba Mina, her mother for 25 years at her loving home. When Adiba passed away in 2016, Iman was left without employment and started volunteering to help those with a disability in need.
Social workers and some of the participants she was caring for identified her strong passion for helping people and her incredible ability to care for the vulnerable. They suggested her to look into the NDIS to see how she could utilise her skills and passion to help a wider community. With the help of her son Emanuel, they registered to be an NDIS provider. The rest is history.
Since then, Iman has been changing many lives for the better using all the skills she acquired caring for her dear mother Adiba. This is with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect from a doctor’s appointment, with the participants and to the people we hire.
